By acknowledging receipt of this form and submitting it, I grant the Photographer/Filmmaker ("Raghuvamsh Chavali") and their authorized representatives permission to license and utilize the Content in any media and for any lawful purpose. Such purposes may include, but are not limited to, social media, personal websites, competitions, blogs, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. I consent to the Content being potentially combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works, and subjected to cropping, alterations, or modifications as deemed necessary.  I also acknowledge and accept that I have agreed to the publication of my indicated ethnicity(ies) for descriptive purposes, understanding that the Photographer/Filmmaker and their authorized representatives may associate additional ethnicities with me as necessary.  I understand and agree that I do not possess any rights to the Content, and all rights to the Content are vested in the Photographer/Filmmaker and their authorized representatives. I further acknowledge and affirm that I shall not seek any additional compensation or make any future claims against the Photographer/Filmmaker or their authorized representatives for any reason.  I recognize and affirm that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. Furthermore, I consent to the irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual nature of this release, and it shall be governed by the laws of the country/state that is closest to the Model's (or Parent's*).  It is understood that my personal information shall remain confidential and shall only be used in connection with the licensing of the Content where necessary, such as for defending claims, protecting rights, or notifying trade unions. This information may be retained for as long as required to fulfill its intended purpose, and it may also be shared with sub-licensees/assignees of the Photographer/Filmmaker or transferred to countries with varying data protection and privacy laws where it may be stored, accessed, and utilized.  I hereby confirm that I am at least 18 years old and possess the full legal capacity to execute this release.                                                                                                                           Definitions:  "ASSIGNS" refer to individuals or companies to whom the Photographer/Filmmaker has assigned or licensed rights under this release, as well as the licensees of any such individuals or companies. "CONSIDERATION" signifies the compensation, whether in the form of $1 or another valuable consideration, that I have received in exchange for the rights I am granting in this release. "CONTENT" encompasses all photographs, film, audio, or other recordings, both still and moving, captured of me during the Shoot. "MEDIA" encompasses all forms of media, including digital, electronic, print, television, film, radio, and any other media that exists now or may be invented in the future. "MODEL" refers to me and includes my likeness, appearance, and voice. "PARENT" pertains to the parent and/or legal guardian of the Model. The terms "I" and "me" are used interchangeably for both Parent and Model as the context requires. "PHOTOGRAPHER/FILMMAKER" denotes the individual or entity responsible for photographing or recording me during the Shoot. "SHOOT" denotes the photographic, film, or recording session described in this document.
