PANNING & SELECTIVE COLORING

I feel Panning is one crazy photography technique to freeze the moving subject with blurred background. Understanding the concept of focus makes this difficult task very simple and also it is fun once you succeed it. The Blurred backgrounds make the objects look like they are moving at high speed.

In complex words, it`s a phenomenon when the user triggers and clicks the shutter button with twice the speed of the moving subject in focus, when they are in sync.

Selective Coloring is predominantly used in drawing the viewer's attention to the subject. Sometimes we observe choosing wrong things to colorize which detracts the subject and photograph captured. This technique goes well with panning most of the times, as we try to focus and freeze a unique object and make difference from other moving subjects on the screen.
